Last weekend my family and I went to a hand bell festival. A hand bell festival is when many different hand bell choirs get together and play together-at the same time.
There were about 25-30 choirs. Every choir practices the same songs and then one main director directs all of the choirs. It was a two day event and my sisters and I had a wonderful time.We stayed in a hotel, ate chick-fil-a two days in a row, laughed with our friends, and played music to the Lord.
Here are a few photos to give you an abstract idea of the event.
Hand bells were every where in the rehearsal gymnasium.
During one rehearsal break we did a little touring around the town square...
---What have you been up to?
Do you know where I got the blog title from?
I'll give you a hint: It's from a movie- about a dog, a girl, a cat and a hamster. =)

Sounds like a lot of fun!
ReplyDeleteI noticed that you had left a comment on my photo blog about making a watermark. Yes, I use Photoshop for mine. I actually don't use the text tool, I designed a watermark as a separate file and made it into one of my brushes and then use that with the burn, dodge, or brush tool. It works really well, and isn't too hard to do (just do a Google search on how to make a watermark in photoshop and you'll find plenty of tutorials!). Making it into a brush saves a lot of time in the long run as you won't have to type your watermark onto every photo - you can just select a brush and click it on. As for text size, there should be something in the toolbar at the top of your page - either a little drop-down box that has the different size options or a thing that you can slide to make the text bigger or smaller. I hope this helps :)
In Christ,
Rebekah
Thank you!
ReplyDeleteAfter I commented ! realized how to change the font size. :) :P (Silly me!)
I will definitely look on google. It sounds like it would save tons of time!
I really love your watermark. It's beautiful.
Thank you so much for the advice and help!
(I have a lot to learn...)
Blessings,
