Saturday mornings are when my mom makes a special breakfast treat. She's made oatmeal, cinnamon rolls, donuts, coffee cake, and most often : pancakes.
I usually get up after she has the batter made and then we cook them.
The smell is wonderful.
And the taste...
Even better. :-)

How curious! As a Sunday tradition, my dad makes pancakes every morning (on Sun. because we don't cook on the Sabbath). We have some being made now! By the way, those pancakes look delicious. :)
