Crustless Quiche

This delicious meal is easy and simple to make and very yummy. There are so many meals I'd like to share with y'all and this recipe is only one of my favorites.

Crustless quiche

-Six eggs
 -1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
-1/2 cup minced onion
-1/2 minced green pepper
-generous amount of cheddar cheese
(salt, pepper & basil sprinkled to taste)

Grease a 9 in. round casserole with butter. Cover bottom of dish generously with cheddar. Break 6 large eggs into a bowl add parmesan, onion, green pepper and mix. Combine egg mixture into 9 in. dish.
Add salt, pepper and basil to taste. Sprinkle top with cheddar. Bake at 350 degrees, for 20 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean.

And a side note once again the pictures don't do the meal justice. I am not a very experienced food photographer. ;-)

Have a blessed day!

  1. Yummy! Thank you so much for posting this recipe...I'm on a Gluten free diet (my mom and younger sister is, too) so this is something we can eat. :)
