She is very practical and doesn't make a fuss about her special day.
She has sacrificed so much for her children.
It was awful seeing her in so much pain when in labor with my sister and hard to watch when her uterus ruptured. Before she was rolled out for an emergency c-section I was holding her hand, she was squeezing as tight as she could. As my dad and I waited in the waiting room, I could not help but wonder if it would be last time I would see her and hold her hand.
But she made it through.
My mother is strong and determined and I am grateful to God to still have her today. She makes wonderful meals, plants beautiful produce, cleans rigorously, and shares wisdom daily.

I am so glad you have such a wonderful mother and that God saved her life so she could continue to bless you and your family! I to am blessed to have a mother who has blessed me and my sisters.
